Abstract

This study explores the impact of lifestyle habits on the physical and mental health of two distinct age groups: Generation Z and older adults. By examining variables such as diet, physical activity, sleep patterns, screen time, hydration, and stress management, the research identifies generational differences in daily routines and their implications for overall well-being. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 103 respondents and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ANOVA. The findings highlight that while Generation Z faces challenges related to digital dependency, irregular sleep, and higher stress levels, older adults encounter issues stemming from reduced mobility and social isolation. Despite these differences, no significant variation was found in sleep and hydration habits across age groups. The study emphasizes the need for age-specific interventions and awareness programs to promote preventive healthcare and balanced lifestyles, ultimately aiming to enhance quality of life across generations.
